Rä is a 100% Finnish online store. We are an online shop specialising in rag rugs. The delivery terms below apply to online purchases with delivery to Finland.

Orderingand delivery conditions


You can order products by adding them to your shopping cart and paying for them on the checkout page.

The order is always confirmed by an order confirmation sent by email. Alternatively, you can order products via live chat or email or by calling +358 45 150 3630. When ordering by e-mail, live chat or telephone, payment is always made in advance by means of an invoice sent by e-mail.

Customer information:

When placing an order, the customer must provide his/her name, e-mail address, delivery address (street address, postal code and place of business) and telephone/mobile phone number. Customer information is confidential.

Prices and product information:

The price of each product can be found on the product card. Prices include the applicable VAT. The VAT portion of the purchase amount will be shown separately on the order confirmation and/or invoice. Delivery costs are not included in the prices. The delivery option chosen will affect the price of the delivery charges. Product size is indicated on the product / product card. We reserve the right to change prices and product information.

Delivery time:

Mattokeidas (Rä delivers orders to Finland. We are also able to deliver orders to countries such as Estonia and the Åland Islands. The average delivery time for stock items is 2 to 5 working days. Most orders are processed within 1-2 working days. For made-to-measure products and other specialities, the delivery time can be longer, up to 1 – 4 weeks. Please note that public holidays may delay the delivery of your order. The delivery time also depends on the availability of the product and the destination of the shipment.

Delivery times for orders for model blocks vary depending on the availability of model blocks and the work situation in the yard. We constantly strive to produce ready-made models of our made-to-measure worms to speed up delivery.

If the delivery time of the product differs or changes substantially from the one we indicated when you placed your order, our customer service will contact you. A delay in delivery may occur, for example, if the product is not in the manufacturer’s stock.

Delivery costs:

The carpet store (Rä delivers the products it sells according to a transport contract with a third party (Posti, Matkahuolto, Itella). Delivery costs will be added to the price of the order. Delivery costs are shown on the shopping basket and cash register pages. The delivery charge is determined by the chosen mode of transport and is displayed on the shopping basket and checkout page and/or order confirmation.

Orders over 199€ (incl. VAT) are delivered to the customer’s doorstep free of charge. Alternatively, the order can also be delivered to the delivery company’s pick-up point if the customer so wishes.

For orders under 199€ (incl. VAT) the delivery costs to the pick-up point are 7,90€ or 17,85€ delivered to your door.

Invoice or specific payment

  • The invoice has a 30-day interest-free payment period.
    • The invoice will be sent to the email address you provided during the ordering process, so please fill in the details carefully!
    • You cannot order products on account if you are ordering products for someone else or have otherwise provided a delivery address other than your address in the civil register.

  • Batch payment:
    • Flexible instalment payment: you can pay for your purchases flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the amount of the debt (but always at least EUR 5.00 including interest on the outstanding debt). You can always choose to pay the balance of the invoice in one lump sum.
    • Fixed monthly instalment: you can choose between different monthly instalment options at the checkout. The instalments decrease each month as the outstanding amount of credit decreases.
  • Pay later (Promotional invoice): if you have been offered an extended payment period of 1-3 months against an initial payment (e.g. “Buy now, pay in February”), you can pay for your purchases according to the terms of the promotional invoice.

  • You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase with a Klarna invoice or direct debit.
  • Adult customers can apply to Klarna for credit to finance a purchase. So you can pay for your order in instalments when you choose to pay by Klarna batch payment.
  • If you choose Klarna’s flexible batch payment or a promotional invoice (e.g. Buy now, pay in February) as your payment method for the first time, Klarna Oy will open an account for you and send you a credit agreement by post, which you must sign and send to Klarna Oy.
  • All your purchases made with a Klarna batch payment will automatically be linked to the same account and the same monthly bill, even if you pay with a Klarna batch payment when you shop at other online stores. You will therefore receive only one invoice per month, with only one surcharge, regardless of the number of subscriptions. A monthly bill will be sent to you in the middle of each month. By logging in to Klarna, you can choose whether you want to receive your invoice by email or by post. Once you have paid the balance of the invoice, the account will be automatically closed.

Product return and product exchange:

Our products have a 14-day return policy. The return period starts from the day the product is received. If the product does not meet your expectations you can return the product.

  • The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Of course, you can adapt the carpet to different rooms in your home to see how it fits in with your interior design.
  • The product to be returned must not have been substantially altered.
  • Pack the product carefully, preferably in the original transport packaging that can withstand transport back to our warehouse.
  • Labels or tapes must not be attached directly to the product.
  • If you want to exchange the product for another product, return the original product as instructed and place a new order in our online shop.

The return fee is 7,90 € which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. Returns returned uncollected from Post/Travel agency will also be subject to a deduction of the return fee.

If the product is defective or damaged in transit, Mattokeidas Oy (Rä will pay the return costs. Returns should always be notified in advance by contacting Customer Service will give you more detailed instructions on how to return it. We will not refund any original delivery charges, even if you return all the products in the order.

Please note that failure to collect the order is not sufficient to cancel the order. For returns, please fill in the return form you receive from our customer service and pack it according to the products to be returned. Use the code/return packet card you received from Mattokeidas Customer Service to return the product.

The return notification message and the return package itself must contain the contact details of the customer who made the return, the order number and the name/size of the product. Please return the products to the address indicated by Customer Service. To be on the safe side, keep the receipt (parcel card) you received for the return, as well as the payment receipt.

Exception to the right of return:

Please note that custom-made products are non-refundable. Products that require assembly are also non-returnable.


Complaints and notification of transport damage:

Please contact our customer service team at as soon as possible if you find a fault or have any comments. Any complaints regarding an order or delivery should be sent within seven (7) days of receipt of the order to our customer service department at We will not process claims received more than seven days after receipt of the product.

Obligation of the consignee and goods damaged in transit: according to the Road Transport Act (TKSL), the consignee must check the consignment on receipt and immediately point out any externally visible damage (holes, tapes open, corners damaged, etc.). In such a case, a reservation (entry) must be made immediately on the waybill or parcel card. You should also mention the type of damage and get the driver’s signature and contact our customer service immediately by email . Attach a picture of the parcel label or waybill and photos of the damaged product. Hidden damage (damage that cannot be observed by eye at the time of receipt) must be reported to Mattokeidas Oy’s (Rä customer service within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the damage. After seven days, the carrier’s liability ends. Returned products damaged in transit should be properly packaged to avoid further damage.

If the product is not defective, Mattokeidas Oy (Rä may reject the claim and charge the customer for the cost of returning the product.

Mattokeidas Oy (Rä is not responsible:

– For errors caused by customer misconduct or negligence

– Wear and tear caused by normal use of the product


Refund of the refund:

The price of the returned product will be refunded according to the payment method of the order. A return fee of €7.90 will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. We will make a refund as soon as possible, but no later than seven days after we have received the return. We will make a refund decision upon receipt of the product. We will not refund the product if the product or packaging is defective or if the product has been used.


Cancellation of an order:

The customer can cancel an order for a stock product before the product has left the warehouse. It can be done by emailing

The cancellation notice must include the order number and the customer’s contact details. Cancellation is free of charge.

In the event of cancellation of the transaction due to possible delivery problems, the seller’s liability is limited to the dissolution and cancellation of the transaction at the most.

We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. By using the service, the customer accepts the terms and conditions. Mattokeidas Oy (Rä is not responsible for price or ordering errors due to technical reasons. An incorrect price due to a technical reason is not binding on the online trader if the price error is obvious. A clear pricing error means a possible pricing error in an online shop, such that the price of the product differs significantly from the correct price of the product.

The declared size of carpets may vary by 3-5% and the colour shades of carpets may vary between different dyeing and production batches.
