What is the delivery time for my order?

Delivery time for stock products is 2 – 5 working days. Most orders are processed within 1-2 working days of receipt. For made-to-measure products and other specialities, the delivery time may be longer, around 1 to 4 weeks. Please note that public holidays may delay the delivery of your order. The delivery time also depends on the availability of the product and the destination of the shipment.

Delivery times for orders for model blocks vary depending on the availability of model blocks and the work situation in the yard. We constantly strive to produce ready-made models of our made-to-measure worms to speed up delivery.

If the delivery time of the product differs or changes substantially from the one we indicated when you placed your order, our customer service will contact you. A delay in delivery may occur, for example, if the product is not in the manufacturer’s stock.

How much does it cost to deliver my order?

Orders over 199€ (incl. VAT) are delivered to the customer’s doorstep free of charge. Alternatively, the order can also be delivered to the delivery company’s pick-up point if the customer so wishes.

For orders under 199€ (incl. VAT), the delivery costs to the pick-up point are 7,90€ or to your doorstep 14,90€.

Is Rä a Finnish online store?

Yes, it is. Rä is part of Mattokeidas Oy, a 100% Finnish company. The company is backed by entrepreneur Paul and his helpful staff. Above all, we rely on quality and our main partners are reliable domestic wholesalers and a few carefully selected carpet manufacturers from abroad. Where do you deliver your products?

Rä (Mattokeidas Oy) delivers orders to Finland. If you want to order products to Åland, Estonia or elsewhere in Europe, please contact our customer service first:

Do the products have a right of exchange and return?

Our products have a 14-day return policy. The return period starts from the day the product is received. If the product does not meet your expectations you can return the product.

– The returned product must be unused and in its original packaging. Of course, you can adapt the carpet to different rooms in your home to see how it fits in with your interior design.
– The product to be returned must not have been substantially altered.
– Pack the product carefully, preferably in the original transport packaging that can withstand transport back to our warehouse.
– Labels or tapes must not be attached directly to the product.
– If you want to exchange the product for another product, return the original product as instructed and place a new order in our online shop.

The return fee is 7,90 € which will be deducted from the total price of the returned products. Returns returned uncollected from Post/Travel agency will also be subject to a deduction of the return fee.

If the product is defective or damaged in transit, Rä (Mattokeidas Oy) will pay the return costs. Returns should always be notified in advance by contacting . Customer Service will give you more detailed instructions on how to return it. We will not refund any original delivery charges, even if you return all the products in the order.

Please note that failure to collect the order is not sufficient to cancel the order. For returns, please fill in the return form you receive from our customer service and pack it according to the products to be returned. Use the code / return package card you received from Rä (Mattokeidas Oy) customer service.
